| Saltlake Riding Center | |||
|
Between Tigaki and Marmari you find the Saltlake Riding Centre of the family Daoulas. Since 1992 they organise horse-back-riding-trips for 2-6 persons with accompaniment for beginners and experienced riders.
In May 2008 I , totally inexperienced, made a ride. It was a very nice experience riding on horse-back through the Alikes. I can recommend it to every-body. |

| Summer program 2008: | |||
| A one hour ride along the beach and the saltlake: every day at 16.00, 17.00 and 18.00 pm. Saturday and Sunday at 10.00, 11.00 and 12.00 am. | |||
| A sunset-ride of 2 hours: after appointment (0030-6944104446). | |||
| A 3 hour ride in the Dikios mountain: Thursday at 10.00 am. | |||
| A 3 hour ride along the beach and the saltlake: Friday at 10.00 am. | |||
| How can you find us? The busstop is at Christos Go Kart Centre. | |||
| 1. From Kos-town: take the bus to Marmari | |||
| 2. From Mamari: take the bus to Kos-town (busstop after about 2 km) | |||
| 3. From Tigaki: take the Marmari-bus at "Sunny Days" Hotel (busstop after about 2 km) | |||
| You can also reach us by foot by way of the beach. | |||

| 1 hour - 30 euro | |||
| 2 hours - 45 euro | |||
| 3 hours - 70 euro | |||
| These prices are including riding-cloths, helmet and insurance | |||
| Do
you want to drive with more bhp? That is also possible. Close to the riding
